Thanks to my training as an Agile Coach and experience in digital product design projects, I help my clients adopt and apply an agile mindset that optimizes processes while prioritizing collaboration and people's wellbeing.

My coaching practice accompanies resilient and responsible teams capable of rapidly iterating toward design solutions that balance business objectives with positive impact, acting as agents of systemic change.

Through training and facilitation in design processes, I help my clients acquire the mindsets, tools, and competencies necessary to lead the transition toward effective and responsible design solutions.

Thanks to my extensive experience in facilitation and knowledge of team dynamics, my sessions are characterized by an experiential and dynamic approach that helps participants not only incorporate theoretical elements but also apply them to real challenges. Each session is designed to co-create knowledge, ensuring that emerging solutions reflect the diversity of experiences and knowledge within the group and promoting regenerative innovation.

Additionally, I also facilitate collective intelligence experiences such as the Climate Fresk, where teams collaboratively explore the causes and consequences of climate change, the Digital Collage which allows understanding of the environmental and social impact of technologies and our technological decisions, and the Textile Fresk which reveals the complexities of a key industry for imagining more sustainable futures.
